Before leaving I shot this rose. I liked the subject with the rain drops on the rose . And, because the rose was on a high stem I was able to shoot it against a far background.

Unfortunately, the rose was too high to inspect before I shot it and only when I processed the picture did I realize that the rose had aging edges. Oh well!
