An immature Red-Shouldered Hawk shot at too great a distance.

There are a number of immature Kites and Hawks that look a lot like this bird.

But based on the fact that there are a fair number of adult Red-Shouldered Hawks at Green Cay, I'm going with immature Red-Shouldered Hawk.
