But we have not closed yet.

November 13, turned into mid December, then late December, then early January. And now our closing is scheduled for January 29.

A lot of the delays have been caused by difficulties in getting the GCV power substation installed and approved. And now the delay seems to be in getting the right phone lines installed in the elevator to meet the latest standards.
