Double-Crested Cormorants - I shot this pic for the angles in the composition and because the weeds add a nice setting for the birds.

But for most of the shoot I was mentally distracted as I had just found out an hour earlier that there were condos for sale at Green Cay Village which is walking distance from Green Cay Nature Preserve and Wakodahatchee Wetlands. In fact I was so excited by the thought of living near here that I cut my shoot short and bought a condo at Green Cay Village. Occupancy isn't until Fall 2006, but I'm really psyched.  Soon these birds will not only be my friends but also my neighbors!
