Time to select upgrades and color options. The choices are;

1. Appliance Colors - White - Standard or Stainless - $995. I'd be happy with either so White it is.

2. Counter Tops - Formica - Standard or Granite - $1495. Granite sounds good, but I don't care for the color as seen in the sample on the floor in this picture. So I'll stick with Formica.

3. Floor Covering - Rugs - Standard or 18" Tile in the living room, dining room and hall $2540.  I like tile because it wears better in high traffic areas. So Oyster White tile it is.

4. As for the rugs in the bedrooms, I'm going with the lighter color to maximize the apparent size of the rooms.


Bottom Line: Not a lot of choices but that's fine with me.
