All seven of the condominium buildings are poured and roofed. And the last of the seven rental buildings is being poured.

My guess is that all of the buildings will be under roof by the end of July.

That said, the closing date for the first of the condominiums, building #6, has slipped to 12/15/2006.  Bummer!

August 16, 2006 update : A new schedule was just published and my new and improved closing date is now 11/13/2006. Hooray!
